Montréal

Day 1: April 21, 2017

Bonjour! My name is Olivia, and I will be the Tour Director for this trip. I am really excited to meet the group and show them around Montreal. I will do my best to upload pictures and text every day but because our day is so jam-packed with activities, I might not be able to get it done every day. Please be patient and keep checking back. Your Tour Diary will be complete with at least 3 photos per day 24 hour after we return back home. Bon voyages, Olivia ************************************************************************************************************************* Today was a fantastic day! The group arrived safely in Montreal. After having lunch, the group visited the beautiful and historic St Patrick's Basilica. We then went to Old Montreal. The group learned about Montreal's history and culture on a walking tour of Old Montreal. They were surprised by the cobblestone streets and the very old buildings. Everyone now knows a lot more about Montreal! We then had a delicious dinner at a hockey themed restaurant. Montrealers love hockey! After dinner the group had time to do some shopping on St Catherine street. We finished the day by checking into our hotel. Along the way to the hotel we crossed the Jacques Cartier bridge where everyone had a super view of the city of Montreal. What a great first day! A demain!
