Madrid & the Costa del Sol

Hi everyone!! Tales of the Alhambra... Wish I could be such a writer as Irving, but anyway, I'll do my best... And of course, this has been a day dedicated to the city of Granada and the well known palace of the Alhambra, with the gardens of Generalife. The kingdom of Granada was the last to be reconquered in 1492, and the influence of the Muslim kingdom has remained in centuries. The Alhambra still has the beauty of the silent palace, the mountain snowed in the back, the city of Granada below. Absolutely amazing. We all visited the rooms inside the palace with Laura and Ana, the local guides, and when we got out, we went downtown to have some lunch, then some free time and finally to the coach again for another ride to our coast hotel. Now, everybody getting ready for tomorrow's excursion: Gibraltar!
