Believe it or not, the lesser-known Montmorency Falls are actually 98 feet higher than the famous Niagara Falls! The falls are located just outside of Old Quebec and originate from the Montmorency River where the water cascades over the cliff shores and into the St. Lawrence River below. Staircases and a suspension bridge over the falls allow you to get an up close look at this amazing natural wonder.
