Checklist for January:
To help you remember what needs to be done to organize your Explorica tour, here’s your checklist for January:

Please make sure you allow plenty of time for all participants, leaders, and chaperones to apply for passports.
The first and last names on all travelers’ passports need to match those on their Explorica account. You won't be able to board your plane if they don't!
All non-U.S./non-Canadian citizens should research and apply for any necessary visas now.
Now is a great time to plan for 2008 student tours - check your mailboxes for our new 2008 tour brochure!

Meet the Team: Pauline King
Explorica Senior Program Consultant
How long have you worked for Explorica? What do you do at Explorica?
I started at Explorica in July of 2004 so I have been working here for two and a half years. I am a Senior Program Consultant. I work directly with Group Leaders planning international group tours. I communicate with them through the entire planning process starting with the decision on where they want to travel all the way through when they return from their trip. I help teachers recruit and advertise their trip and then provide them all their tour information as their day of departure approaches. Get the full story...
