The Explorica Edge program is about you—the Group Leaders
that help make Explorica such a successful educational travel
company. The goal of this program is to help first-time Group
Leaders develop the skills to lead an amazing tour.
With instructional tools and handouts, the Explorica Edge
is an online repository of relevant tools and resources. Along
with these training modules, the Explorica Edge program also
includes a dedicated Group Leader Development Specialist,
who will lead group training and strategy sessions, as well as
be available for individual appointments.

The Explorica Edge is thoroughly designed with
you in mind. Created from the perspective of a veteran Group
Leader and teacher, this program is focused on the specific
perspectives and experiences of teachers and Group Leaders.
